So I've been on this board long enough to know that 90% of this place goes crazy over this dude's beats...but why? Every single one of them sounds beyond basic to me. It's just a simple ass drum beat with a couple of guitar strings or piano keys added. None of these shyts are catchy at all (and idgaf what anybody says - making a beat sound catchy takes a lot more talent than dropping a bowl of forks and knives on the floor, recording it, and calling it a "grimy beat"). I mean, this is exactly why New York's music has aged so badly. And I see some people putting this clown over Swizz Beatz? Really? Swizz Beatz has taken shyts that have been more creative than anything Premier could produce.
Seriously, what is this shyt?
