I only post things here casually, from my phone and I’m not active on any other internet social platform but I’d be willing to help out, especially on the fitness and health side of things. I’m only PT certified thru ACSM and college tho

As far as the main gig, I can offer info about commercial building mechanical engineering, servicing and installation on HVAC/R and Hydronics side but I dont think anyone would give a fukk that tho

So explain to me like I’m slow how this works

You can write an article about fitness let's say an introductory for brehs who want to start but don't know how or where to start. I will edit it for you. But just explain for laymens. I'm gonna have my website guy put together a q and a section email your article to email in OP. and tell me what name you want it listed as.

Above all else give your journey as a black man.
