So I went back to footlocker. Turns out all the PRESCHOOL sizes are like that. The manager was so sure, dis cac held my HAND and walked me to 3 other stores so I could see.

Along the way, he stop a couple of people whose kids he saw had 9s on. They were the same way too(new and old)

That shyt was COMEDY in the city streets this morning.
