My therapists keep resigning

I'm on my 5th therapist in the past 2 years. They either quit working 4 the mental health provider. One apologized and left the mental health field altogether and moved back to oaklahoma and 2 just dropped me as a patient with no explanation from my insurance.
Am I that fuccd up

Its gotta be exhausting. Its like being a teacher. You have the kids for maybe a few hours but usually in 1hour intervals, and when they go home you already know all hell breaks loose. Its like picking up pieces to a puzzle that keeps unlinking itself.

On their end they've probably seen clients come and go, or mysteriously vanish. Then they get the news they're no longer alive or skipped town. No closure, no peace or recognition.

This is why i dont trust no therapist. At the end of the day theyre people just like you, so they have strong emotions, biases, etc. So just like you, they are flawed as well

I am not playing breh, 1 therapist took me 2 lunch 4 chicken wings n told me she was resigning not because of me but because of how the mental health providers r n I was right about them and we had made progress finally. ..she was young n black
