I distinctly remember Dre saying in an interview that their whole purpose for that album was to say THE MOST outlandish things possible in order to make THE MOST controversial record possible....they were purposefully trying to piss CACs off.

It's crazy to think of what that album WOULD have sounded like, though, if they would have used Cube's songs, like had he never left. A majority of "Amerikkka's Most Wanted" was originally written for "efil4zaggin"....like, imagine an Eazy or Ren verse added to "Once Upon A Time In The Projects".

Back when Cube was still on his B-the-I-the-C-the-T-the-H, the-K-the-I-the-L-the-L-the-A steez!
