If you guys remember, in the album art they blocked out a certain dude's picture and deemed him a traitor. Here's the story of what happened, coming from Nore himself.

lol when I opened up the booklet and saw that pic, I swore that they was the realest nyggas ever in rap.
And yes Nore is telling the truth, he really was still selling drugs after the War Report dropped. My sister had moved out to Lefrak with her boyfriend, so I slide through on the humble and peeped Nore on the payphone with jewels on and a cig hanging out the side of his mouth. It's a pretty quiet area, but he wasn't really trying to keep a low profile at all. And again that was back when he was skinny, dude looked really shady back then. The extra weight that he's put on makes him look much jollier.

That's crazy. But yeah, the story was hilarious. I always wondered why they labelled him a traitor then I figured he must have been some kind of snitch. But the cops giving him a gun and continuing having him buy drugs is a crazy story in itself.

It doesn't surprise me, the cops have always been the illest gang in NYC. The digital age has probably made their jobs (cops) so much easier. Back then they were doing a lot of illegal & immoral shyt just to bring down "criminals".

Yeah, NYPD comes off as really corrupt. But shoot, even the CIA was bringing drugs into the country and got exposed for it back in the 80's. Its not even a conspiracy theory, its been revealed. The government profits way too much from the war on drugs. Always has.

But back to the topic, I looked it up today cause I was thinking about that. I never figured out who the traitor was so I googled it and came up with the link I posted.
