I love that all these people are coming out of the woodwork acting like this is something they thought through over years and aren't just saying they support it because the president does. NAACP should've been one of the first groups to support it.

yeah, folks is straight cavin, its hilarious the last couple weeks here in NC, the way just seeing black folks particularly having to confront this issue and trying to fuse their religious beliefs with their political aspirations more or less.........its interesting if nothing else, being here in the "Bible Belt"...........as I've said before I left the Amendment One question blank two weeks ago, only b/se it was confusing what voting for it would actually do, since there is already a law against it, since so many commercials (whether a ploy or not) against it were saying this amendment would effect unmarried hetero couples and their kids too as far as services and benefits. So even if you were hellfire and brimstone against ss marriage, but you were a single mom, voting for it actually would have negatve effects for you...whether this manifest has yet to be seen....but this is an angle many preachers (including the one's that were hellfire and brimstone a decade ago on this issue) I've seen lately using as to why its a bad amendment........it really is some odd wordplay and mind contortions being played right now.....
Anyway.................does this mean polygamy is on the table too??
