Kim is just a blunt version of Stan. From my perspective, Stan was Slim Shady, Eminem's evil side . While the last verse of the song was Mashal Matthers, Eminem's good side. What's cool about it is that, "Stan" can be also about Em's obsession with his baby momma. He scared of the the idea of ACTUALLY going insane enough to kill her, even though he kept thinking those thoughts. When Eminem writes to Stan, he's actually telling himself that to chill out and treat his wife better. Eminem knew his content was wrong, but he had to express his thoughts and reasoning to the world. That's what made MMLP so good.

I mean that's a bit deep.
