Album is never going to come out it will ruin his appeal. Jay E is marketed as the "greatest rapper to never drop an album." So he drops a feature or 2 here and there every year to keep his buzz up and everybody hyped knowing damn well he's never going to drop a project because the minute he does it'll be labeled as underwhelming and not worth the wait.
