Name some white conseratives that acknowledge racism exist (Newt, Rubio)

We know Rubio acknowledge that cops can be racist. And Newt acknowledges racism as well. But are there any other conservatives who have admitted that racism exist? And no, I don't believe Conservatives will do anything about it. I'm just curious about it.
