I've only seen one episode but it didn't captivate my attention like Daredevil did.
Gonna watch a couple tonight tho.

The show is ass.. Stopped watch at episode 3, If you're a white hike wannabe from the Midwest you'll love this American propaganda B.S

The trailers made it seem like it would of been Pablo's pov. I honestly think if it was it would make a better story.

It's cool I guess, but cimematography is wack they made it like a modern day soap opera, don't feel like the early 80s at all. And I don't feel the actor playing main character (the DEA agent)

Series is a huge disappointment to me considering the potential that the story has. First off, the whole tone should be much more dark and gritty. The writing is sub par to say the least, it's corny catchphrases galore. The dialogue eaves a lot to be desired. The pace is way too quick. There is no type of look into young Pablo. The series starts off when he is already an established illegal trafficker in his 20's. The story being told from the eyes of the American DEA agent is a bad idea.

With that said, the show is still ALRIGHT, because it's basically impossible to make a show about Pablo and it be unwathcable, but I would have to give this shyt a 5/10.

That's all that matters to me breh

We have had numerous references to Escobar in films like Blood documentaries like Cocaine Cowboy and numerous rap songs

But to actually have one based solely on him and his activities was necessary

Because even though there are many cocaine kingpins throughout history ....Escobar by far had the most sensational life so a biographical movie was well overdue

True there are some flaws such as them not developing the character from a youthful standpoint to the somewhat glossy look at his lifestyle as opposed to the gritty dark reality of it especially the political ramifications which they could have gone deeper into


But I think they on the right path on the series by showing the hypocrisy and counterproductive methods of the DRUG WAR

That alone got me sold on this show

But what do u expect it's NETFLIX they have to make it somewhat entertaining and lighthearted to appeal to the women and youth other than that it would just be a documentary

Plus I feel they had to tell it from the law enforcement narrative to not offend the politically correct who would accuse them of glamorizing Escobar and the Drug Trade

But the pros outweigh the cons and I don't watch much TV and it's about the best thing on right now so I'm bout to watch like 5 more episodes on this lazy Sunday afternoon

even the pregnant mule broads he had flying that work to America..was fine!!!
