You claim that he capitalizes off black people by interviewing them, I don't see how that is true. If you know anything about him (which you obviously don't) you'd know that he interviews people of all races in all genres of music, as well as some politicians.

You seem to think that all he does is interview rappers. He's been interviewing rappers since the late 90s-early 2000s but the hip-hop community outside of Canada didn't really take notice of him until '09-'10 so I can understand your confusion if all you know of him is the fact that he interviews rappers.
