my ngga

i got to hear the once upon a time in shaolin, nas and premier, cormega/hav and doe or die 3

i feel highly favored
Yeah that's crazy. For some reason I don't necessarily want to hear the Shaolin album one day, feels like that dumbass Shkreli soiled it and the whole legend behind it. You liked it?

Those joints got polished up and refined.

I was talking last week in the thread about how Primo went back in and put more focus on attention to detail. Nas is rapping like '97-'98 Nas again, on this. And the people want Preem to get back to that Preem we grew up listening to. So people should be standing on top of cars blasting this sh*t in the next few days. I'm only f*cking with this and the Conway album for the next 7 months. HAHA!

He always sounds his best on Premier beats. Even though I didn't care for Define My Name you could hear a different energy with Nas.

Everyone is at their best or in an extra gear when they work with him. Something about his beats just give rappers a perfect platform to go in.

Track list looks great but lately it’s hard to read too much into Nas’ song names I.e Wu for the children and Bokeem Woodbine. So Pause Tapes could literally just be a reference to them in a line. Although some I think you can get a feel for what song is about I.e Sons

Doubt there’s a Jimmy diss on 3rd childhood. Can’t imagine he’d put that on the closer
