Thank you bro. Fiancée passed away unexpectedly in January and have been fighting to stay positive ever since. We listened to every joint from his run with Hitboy together and she took me to the Nas gig in London for New Year for my birthday - I’ll be holding her in my heart when I bang Lightyears, I know she’ll be listening with me.

What I miss from the CD days is when artists used to put secret tracks at the end of the CD. I remember being like when I heard the secrets tracks from blueprint 1. Imagine if they was a secret track on the CD version of this with additional guests

Hopefully the FANS come through for both Nas & Preme on this one. nikkas been begging for this album ever since I first started posting during the Nas BBS days. The IllCommunity days. Sohh. Now the Coli. nikkas griped about Preme not being on Hip Hop is Dead. Not being on Untitled. Not being on Life is Good. People whined about Nas doing Distant Relatives asking “where’s Preme?!?!” Didn’t fully appreciate the history he was making with Hit-Boy, just DEMANDING Preme.

Well here it is goddamnit. Physicals actually shipping the week of. Tracklist looking lit. Not littered with guest appearances. 15 songs, of which 14 are nothing BUT Nas & Preme.

I’m probably one of the few day 1s that never cared for a specific producer when it comes to rappers. Although I think producers are geniuses in making beats out of samples and their creativity is one to none, I always give more credit to the mc. Blue Benz is one of my hottest hitboy tracks. I could care less who produced what. Just give me that sound. Stillmatic I didn’t care who produced and he gave me that sound…. It was written another classic. God son…. I think he coming back full circle and just wanted preme to make him get those nostalgic days but the sound I think he can make with whoever the producer is. The mc makes the beat what it is.. Not the other way around. At least when it comes to Nas.

Now jadakiss on the other hand…
