1. Martin Scorsese does not choose the songs for his Trailers, the movie Company does... "Black Skinhead" will not be in the film.

2. "Theifs Theme" was in "The Departed" due to DiCaprio's Suggestion/Request(he also had Nas do a song for the "Blood Diamond" Soundtrack that same year)... Not because Scorsese is familiar with Nas or likes his music.
