I literally made the face when i got those lines

The duality of the concept of hate and how he brings up the saying of men eating the hearts of they enemies but because he doesnt want to have inside of him, the hatred his enemy has in his heart, he says "we enemies but your hatred can never enter me"
Basically using that saying as a metaphor for how he wont late the hate of his enemies take over him
