Apparently, Nas didn't like 9th's recreation of God's Son album ... Nas Lost, cause it was a dope respectful recreation, but maybe he felt it took away from the original.

Instrumentals on 9th's version are dope.

This is in my top 3-4 Nas albums. I remember vividly my mother taking me to the local music store to get the CD.

First time I ever heard of Alchemist was Nas mentioning him on Book of Rhymes calling him a funny nikka. Assumed he was black until 1st Infantry dropped :mjlol:

Zone Out has arguably Nas greatest rap performance on here. Beat sounds unique and futuristic imo. “Switch up your flow, your shyt is garbage” Nas had a lot of flows coincidentally on here.

Never liked this album, not sure why it never jelled with me but its in his worst top 5 albums imo
