The victim said she was raped. and I read the conversation he had with the victim and that was enough to sway my opinion.
Do you know the details of Nate Parker's case, did you read the conversation he had with the now deceased victim?
What type of dumb ass logic is that? For starters, murder trials and rape trials do not have the same burdens of proof. Why are you comparing the two? In addition, does that mean that your logic needs to be applied to every single case? Do we have to be skeptical of Darren Sharper's conviction because The Central Park Five were falsely convicted? We cannot be picky about whose over rulings we support. People are throwing out straw men and non-sequiturs, and they think that they are making a point. Most importantly, Nate Parker is black while George Zimmerman is not. Do you have to be reminded of the injustices that black men face in the court system, especially in regards to raping a white woman? A black man was acquitted of raping a white woman by an all-white jury in a conservative county, and you really have black people (who are the ones making the big issue out of the acquittal by the way) questioning it based on a ten page excerpt from a trial transcript that is hundreds of pages long? Talk about someone being an emotional bytch and not making a sound deduction.
