Understand why Parier went with the Fox Serachlite deal, and it has nothing to do with being a c00n (his white wife is another story however) but if this brother Byron Allen really offered him more, and reading that article he's about his business, Nate made the wrong decision. This question has nothing to do with my post. You obviously don't know Florida law and how Zimmerman's actions contravened it. According to Florida law, Zimmerman's stalking Trayvon while carrying a gun--for reasons related to Trayvon's race--can be construed as ill intent and thus can be reliably tried as murder or manslaughter. The reason Zimmerman wasn't convicted of either of the aforementioned charges is because the prosecutor failed (or else refused) to charge Zimmerman with manslaughter and the jury was white.

Indeed, which presupposes that Nate Parker should have been easilty convicted, just as many innocent black men are easily convicted by white juries all the time. The white majority jury in Zimmerman's case simply refused to apply facts to the law and convict him. Several Zimmerman jurors are on record as being Southern white hicks who stereotyped Trayvon in interviews without even considering Zimmerman's stalking, mind state and ill intent, which condemn hims under Florida law. The fact one white majority jury exonerated Nate Parker while another overturned his friend's conviction is de facto all the proof we need Nate and his friend are either 1) innocent or 2) there just wasn't enough evidence to convict them on any charges. The aforementioned distinction is different to Zimmerman's case, whom would have been convicted if the jury was intellectually honest and less white.
