Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) on Monday sent out over a dozen tweets in support of the Nation of Islam's stance against vaccines.

Greene began her 17-part tweetstorm by explaining that she had recently visited the D.C. Jail to visit people suspected of participating in the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

According to Greene, detainees have two choices of religion: "Christain [sic] and Islam."

While she was at the jail, the lawmaker said that she obtained a newspaper distributed by the Nation of Islam, a political and religious organization with a history of anti-Semitism."

Greene argued that anti-vaccine conservatives have "common ground" with the Nation of Islam.

But I also found out that the Nation of Islam sees the use and benefit of Ivermectin and is very angry that our media, Democrats, and Dr Fauci have attacked the drug and refuse to save people's lives by not promoting it and shunning the use of it," Greene wrote.

"The Nation of Islam is also strongly against the #COVID19 vaccines," she continued. "And the Nation of Islam is very against children being given the #COVID19 vaccines."

Greene added: "Louis Farrakhan says that forcing the vaccine is a 'declaration of war.'"

The Georgia Republican went on to point out that she is "strongly opposed to radical Islam."

"Learning how opposed the Nation of Islam is to the #COVID19 vaccines, & already knowing how many Christians oppose the vaccines, we MUST ensure that Religious Exemptions are allowed for Vaccine Mandates," she insisted. "All vaccine mandates must end & children shouldn't be vaxxed."

Greene ended her Twitter rant by pointing out that the Jan. 6 defendants were not in possession of the Nation of Islam materials.

White supremacists always hop on black discussions as a way to delegitimize them. Black people are cautious about vaccines because of how the government has always experimented on our bodies, cacs just don't like someone telling them what to do.
