You know they did that on purpose and its Iowa....so wherever they came up with that has no black people (cause there aint that many black folk out there) so after they made that they probably had the grandest laugh afterwards.
If black people had any power in this country, channel 8 Des Moines would have been forced to pay up, and get shut down, and possible burned down. I was shocked when I found out Iowa had black folk out there like that .

Hate to break it to you but there's several studies out there that point out when the population of black people is below 6% in an area, white people are on their "best" behavior. Above that, they start getting nervous. It tips over 10%, to them, the sky is falling. I remember Gus T. Renegade talking about it years ago with Dr. Cress-Welsing.
