Pos is one if the coolest dudes you will every meet breh. That was just a misunderstanding. Treach should have hollered at him personally before doing what he did.

And Qtip caught a sucker punch because of Phife’s verse on “ Jazz “. Tip isn’t a sucker plus he was down with Zulu. Now Bambatty ruined the Zulu name later on but before that they were deep at hip hop events citywide.

Native Tongues was pretty much just a collective of artists who vibed and chilled together in the late 80’s and early 90’s

Treach actually did try to talk to Pos, but he had a bunch of knuckleheads with him so shyt went left.

He never personally hit Pos.

Treach talked about it on the Juan Epstein podcast, if I remember correctly.

Bruh I'm a hip hop head, I'm 42 I was a fan also of The Native and you forgot Black Sheep, Queen La, Monie Love, Red Alert, Leaders, Bush Babees also.
