Aight I'll set it up.

Here's what we'll do....2 random teams will get a bye, leaving 8 teams for the first round. The two teams who won by the widest margin in round 1 will get a bye in round 2 and the two teams who had byes in round 1 will now play the other two winners of round 1. Should look something like this...

Round 1
3 vs 10
4 vs 9
5 vs 8
6 vs 7

Bye: Teams 1 & 2

Round 2
1 vs 9
2 vs 7

Bye: Teams 8 & 10

Round 3
8 vs 9
2 vs 10

Championship Round
2 vs 8
