Hell no.
First off, Disney is NOT going to lose the NBA. No way. If anything Fox would replace Turner.
Secondly, Fox wouldn't use Gus to do NBA games. He's already doing two sports for them (Soccer/College Football). They'd have to find a new voice for college football because the whole reason they hired Gus for soccer was for him to do World Cup 2018. Either way, I doubt they could find a team better than Albert/Kerr/Sager or Breen/Van Gundy/Burke.
Finally. if you hate the ESPN halftime team, then you'll probably hate the Fox team even more. All Fox panels suck: NFL, college football, soccer, and NASCAR. The problem with them is that they all seem to just be reading stuff off cue cards; there's no improvisation like with Barkley/Smith/EJ, the ESPN college football Saturday crew, or even the NBA crew. Live improv is where the good stuff happens. CBS NFL sucks for the same reason; that's why they were so awful during the Super Bowl blackout.
ive been an nfl fan since '9-1 and fox has the best coverage ive ever seen.
and I like their college football coverage as well.
hell, their baseball coverage sometimes gives me the urge to watch a little baseball. ALMOST.
I don't know, maybe its just the production that draws me in. but they have IT and that's the bottom line.
Joe Buck and Tim McCarver give you THE URGE to watch baseball?

as far as the announcers go, heres the thing: if TNT loses their contract, then a lot of the TNT announcers, personalities, producers, analysts, etc will be on the market.
