Where does the article suggest NBA players are payed too much? I mean there's been countless posts on various threads clowning the fact the a guy like DeMarre Carroll is the most paid player of an NBA team.

Again, these kind of comparisons are always done when big money is moving in sports. In Europe, it's whenever a Messi or a Ronaldo sign a huge contract. I'm really surprised some are taking this so seriously, like Greek people are actually asking money from NBA players![]()
You are either ignorant or obtuse. I have never seen the WSJ pontificate on what tennis, golf, hockey and other high brow millionaire athletes should do with their money. This NBA-Greek bailout article is novel and begs the question as to why the WSJ would try to insinuate any connection between the two situations. However, being cognizant the WSJ's conservative and racialist writing bias, the WSJ is probably just stirring up trouble.
