NBA Live 14 Is Underrated

Copped for $20 on the PS4 this weekend (I already have 2k) and was playing with some friends (who aren't console stans) and we were having mad fun. Didn't want to break it to them how much hate the game has gotten. The game may not have the best graphics but it plays a lot more like an arcade game which brings a lot of fun to it. Anyone else play this game and enjoy it? Not saying it's the best, but it was very underrated imo.

And for $20 you can't go wrong.

Edit: This is only for people that already have 2k14 and might be interested in NBA Live 14, but got turned off by the bad reviews.

I know, I know. I just think if someone out there is looking for a pretty good next gen ball game for cheap they should consider it. I may be one the very few that likes it, but we'll see.

Yes even $20 is too much when you cant get the current-gen version of NBA 2k14 for free on PS3.

I know. I'm talking to PS4 users that never played it cause it got bad reviews. Most people have played the shyt out of 2k already, Live gets no mention. It's a pretty fun game if your not a 2k stan.

OP, you do realize that Gamefly and like 5 other sites consistently have gaming deals, and 2k has been about $25-35 recently (next gen). I would pay the extra $5 and buy a real game

I already said twice in this thread that I am recommending the game if you already have 2k. Obviously you want to get 2k first. But If you are just looking for an extra ball game for cheap it's worth the purchase. This thread isn't saying that Live is better or that it's worth the purchase over 2k. I'm just commenting as someone who recently bought it and don't get why it got thrown into the bushes so fast when the game is actually fun to play and is more arcade style b-ball.

You didn't have to repeat yourself... everything you said sounded so stupid that I thought maybe you meant you didn't have enough $ to buy the real bball game. The only way you would recommend that bullshyt of a "game" is if you can't afford 2k. The developers themselves wouldn't recommend that shyt to dying person, if Live 14 was their final wish before passing

I played the game for hours this weekend and had fun. I also had 2K14 since it dropped so cut that noise. I'm just a ball fan that likes ball games so I copped both. If you can't afford a $20 game and hurting if you do buy it, get your money up or

And yes Fifa is a way more popular and better game than Live if that's the point you tryna make.
