Go back and look at Pippen, Rodman, Malone, Webber in their 1st 3 yrs in the leauge compared to their 8,9th and 10th years, their bodies (no ocean)
look dramaticly more built. Its just a part of your body maturing and getting more size

No it would look bigger in the 2nd pic, your face will get larger with age. Your nose and your ears never really stop growing, thats why old people have big ass noses and ears. Not to mention the acculation of fat, as most people gain weight as they age.
