I swear. I’ve been down this DB rabbit hole the past two years & when I see NBA players “defend” some can stand to take some DB training. It’s obvious that many aren’t trained to look at the near hip the way they get cut up and lack patient feet. And many also do a piss poor job of kick stepping and keeping on a guys top shoulder.

If I were in the league, I’d take up DB training for a summer. It would help them immensely

nikkas don’t get paid to play Defense:troll:. Nah I think if you arnt taught correctly at a young age you will struggle especially in today’s league where it’s a lot of screens and motion offense.

You may have a point.

You hear a lot about how in the old days, athletes would play multiple sports over a year.
It's not a stretch to think that along with developing different parts of the body and being more conditioned, they also might have picked up certain skills from the variety of sports they played.

That's all they do shyt is so boring every game over 70 3's in each game
Every damn team plays the same way.

Guard gets ball.

Waits for screen(they don't even have to call for it anymore)

A big switches onto him

Drives

Kicks it out for a 3

:unimpressed:

"Favorable matchup" basketball is boring.

Where is the "skill" in avoiding your matchup so you can get a slower player on you? I thought this era of elite handles would eliminate the need for having a big switch onto you.

nba players today are great passers and dribblers. Why pretend that we are seeing a lack of that?
They may be better dribblers but the ridiculous carries and pushoffs they're allowed to get away with makes them look way better than they are

Your average NBA frontcourt player would be a top 5 tight end in the NFL
Game is trash because it's fans say stupid shyt like this NBA so fukking soft it doesn't make any sense all they do is fall and get calls. They soft asses wouldn't last two plays

The post I made was a joke based on the large amount of NCAA power forwards who played little to no football and then went on to be historic tight ends in the NBA

The NBA game is also not ppl falling to the ground, and you clearly know nothing about either sport
