nikka they been playin 7 games in the first round for years,, ratings have always been up.

this year it's due to the injuries and overall wack 1st round matchups.

The NHL playoffs have always been fantastic. The Avalanche vs Red Wings battles in the 90's were ridiculous. The NHL's biggest problem the past couple years was losing their major backer in ESPN.

SO ITS OBVIOUS MOST OF THE 1ST ROUND MATCH UPS DONT INTRIGUE PPL.
