lol when bron moved west all the people living in the eastern us stopped giving a shyt about the nba because of the time difference

embiid, kyrie, kawhi, giannis don't interest the average fan

this is a hint at what is going to happen to the nba's popularity after bron retires

Lol nah. Giannis and Embiid are both under 25 and probably having the best individual seasons this year. I expect them to explode in popularity once they enter their primes. Then you got Zion on the horizon who has jaw-dropping athleticism the league hasn’t seen in an elite prospect in quite some time, maybe since rose or bron

NBA casuals don’t care about TEAMS in that way bruh. :mjlol:

If there isnt a superstar to sweat, no one watches that league.

Zion will likely be next.

they would have to either beat the warriors or average 30-35 pts while losing
both scenarios are highly unlikely

none of the guys in the east can dominate very single aspect of the game like bron (especially under the bright lights of the finals), and their teams are not good enough to beat GSW

none of them nikkas have a quarter of Brons hype, charisma, or marketability. Not to mention, in the social media age where "everyone is a star" I doubt we will see another Superstar ever like MJ/Kobe/Bron. Dudes came from an era where you revealed enough of your personality JUST ENOUGH for people to buy your merchandise. And all 3 lived up to, and even defied, expectations on the court. These new nikkas dont know shyt about public mystique/branding, will never win a 'chip, or just simply dont have compelling narratives.

dont work that way

us Casuals will watch special players... no one right now in the east is at the level where you MIGHT sacrifice career advances to catch game... and since lbj west..i aint sacrficing my career to catch games... all games played after 9 will be ignored.

the 2015/16 season cost me money... i still got a raise but like..half what colleagues got. :francis:

I WAS TALKING ABOUT THE PLAYERS NOT THE TEAMS.

I.E. KYRIE, EMBIID, GIANNIS, KAWHI, JIMMY ETC.

But think about it, who in the league is the caliber of MJ/Kobe/Bron? Next closest is who Durant? And he is like a top 20-25 player at the moment.
