FWIW, Pierce used to yoke on dudes...its not like he was never able to jump high...

I'm old enough to remember when Paul Pierce dropped in the draft because teams felt he was because of his build and he wasn't super athletic. By the end of his rookie year he killing folks and dunking on everybody. Dude is a deceptive athlete and Jabari fits that mold. I think Jabari a mix of Paul Pierce and a higher bball iq version of Melo.

i honestly feel like NBA GM's are some of the biggest idiots out there.. they consistently make picks that make zero sense. and these dudes drafting dudes based on how they look is on some sus shyt. what happened to skills

I don't get why these GMs think its so easy to get skills and fundamentals? I mean if getting a handle and jump shot was so easy, then why ain't Shawn Marion a HOFer? I have yet to see anything from Wiggins that ain't see in young Shawn Marion. Both were incredible athletes, fluid, quick jumpers, had length, and looked like they'd develop into dope defenders. However, both lack a sublime handle or jump shot. I don't know why they think getting a handle and jump shot is so easy?

And on Parker, there are not many dudes I've ever seen with his skill level. Even if he never gets more athletic, he'll be effective enough as a pro. He's basically Paul Pierce/Melo part II. I'd take another Melo or Pierce over Marion ANYDAY.

Randle a beast though. If he measures at 6'9" barefoot at the combine, I'm taking him #1. And don't count out Embiid maybe turning out to be the best when its all said and done. Dude is a legit 7 footer with crazy athleticism. Never seen a dude that big move that fluid since Shaq. To me worst case scenario he turns into Hibbert. Best case, he's becomes what we all thought Greg Oden would become.

I agree with the scouts. While I feel all three are going to be superstars. Parker reminds me of a High BBIQ blend of Melo and Mad Dog Robinson. Randle plays like a hard working Derrick Coleman who could have been a great if he wasn't lazy as shyt and out of shape and Wiggins is rare. Never seen a player like him. The easiest player to compare him to is T-Mac but T-Mac isn't a two way player, isn't that smart, and can't play off the ball for shyt.
