My insurance company actually mandates a minimum of 30 days for our new hires, Not even our own policy. That 90s day might not have anything to do with the nba and more with their selected health provider.
but i never saw it as a big deal regardless, if you actually plan on sticking around you go through that probationary period quick. if you really think you will get sick or need medication that soon its not any temporary options?
