Top to bottom, team for team. It's really not that debatable.

Sure, LeBron is out West, but overall the power has shifted to the East. For starters, Houston is no longer a powerhouse and the Spurs have taken a step back.

Norfeast groovin…
Depending on how the tank wars and free agency go, I think next year will be the official shift. But yeah the shift is definitely happening, Bron saw the writing on the wall and made the right move.

The East has 6-8 Brooklyn in their top 8

The Pelicans just went to Toronto and smacked the Raptors around for 2.5 hours

nikkas have been saying this nonsense for forever. The West still runs the league. I'll actually give support to my argument:
-top team in the West has 60+ wins every year...you can rarely say this about the East
-nearly every year 1 or 2 teams from the west that miss the playoffs have better records than the 8th and/or 7th, sometime even the 6th seed in the East
- It wasn't that long ago you could get into the playoffs with at .500... even a losing record in the East
-every year we talk about how so & so (player in the West) got snubbed for the All Star Game, All NBA 1st Team, All Defense 1st Team, etc. Too many great players out West.
-They changed the format of the All Star game because of players getting snubbed not to mention the West was dominating (6 wins out of the last 7)
-last 5 MVPs...all from Western teams
-7 of the last 10 Championship have gone to the West. The 3 that the East got...yeah that guys in the WEST now.

We're barely 15 games into the season...wait til the ebbs and flows of the season play out...cuz I don't see it fam. Yeah Milwaukee and Toronto look good so far but I don't think the power has shifted to the East yet.
