Kids aren't really ready for it until teenage years to be honest. They need a solid understanding of the difference between media and reality so no attempts to emulate it. Some ready earlier and some are ready later. The average 14 year old can probably handle playing grand theft auto and listening to nba youngboy musicIt's just entertainment.
