Two attempted premeditated murder charges and you get probation? Where does that happen without talking?
The judge added that the only thing standing between Gaulden and a charge with a life sentence attached was poor aim.
“Fortunately, you all were bad shots,” she said.
When Gaulden defended himself later in the exchange by saying that he hadn’t killed anyone, the judge wasn’t having it.
“But you could have,” she said. “It wasn’t for lack of trying. You weren’t a good shot.”
Can someone explain how this is possible? How do you get probation for a driveby?

Who does he cooperate against though? He could give info on an active homicide investigation, or something like that, but his co defendants weren't charged with murder, because no one got shot. These state level cases are easy to lose at trial.
Where do these rappers be finding their lawyers at?
Label.. He's worth a lot to them with him doing great numbers online. They ain't about to let their cash-cow sit in prison while he has all that momentum. Best believe the label paid up
