Do they still have wrong models for guys on classic teams? Probably, but consoles players can download modded rosters now so you might be able to get around that.

Is it still 100% guaranteed to make the shot on a green release but 100% guarantee to miss if you don’t get a perfect release? By default no but you can make it that way. There's low, normal, and high risk settings for shots and layups. High risk you have to green. Low is more about the shot quality. Medium is how it used to be in 2k games. They still have real player % too. Can you actually make contested jumpers with actual teams? Hell yeah especially if you play on high risk. Are teams able to actually get out and run? Yes but I think they can make it better. Are you able to actually make baskets off of post moves and not need an absolutely perfect release? Not really. Post fades aren't bad but hook shots are hard to time. I figured out how to time them but I ain't good enough to rely on it

Anybody on PC use these mods? May have to buy the game again on PC just to experience this

bought 2k25 today along with cfb 26
it funny the standard edition is regular price 70 but the tournament addition is 17.
no mention of the tourney edition unless you go deep and select which version you want to buy

I used a lot of mods this year. His shyt just looks it’s on easy with the game speed up, and sliders tweaked so it’s super arcadey.

If you haven’t tried it out yet it can definitely improve the experience, especially if you’re picky about realism details. I use some visual mods for the espn/tnt presentation and realistic lighting. The rest are cyberfaces and photorealistic bodies for almost everybody except the g-leaguers.

I also have a lot of sneaker and jersey mods so that everyone is wearing a photorealistic version of what they wear in real life, and you can see the mesh on the jerseys when the camera is zoomed in.

It can be tedious finding shyt at first, but it’s mostly a matter of dripping shyt in the right folder and keeping things organized. I probably have hundreds of mods over the course of this season just from snatching shyt here and there.

The Chinese modders have pretty much taken over. There’s some free shyt but they try to make everyone pay for everything. Some people ruined it but stealing, copying, and trading mods behind the scenes so a lot of mods from the Chinese, Taiwanese, and Filipinos are locked behind modium now. I don’t trust it so I’m just glad I was able to get everything I needed before the change.

I’m not sure about console. I haven’t touched the console version since like December. Just Pc for now
