Lol, hardly ever. It does happen from time to time but going over the 06 and 07 draft it looks like this;

Bargnani = Nowitzki
Sergio Rodriguez = Jason Williams
Adam Morrison = Larry Bird
JJ Redikk = Drazen Petrovic
Steve Novak = Matt Bullard
Yi Jianlian = Pau Gasol
Spencer Hawes = Brad Miller
Rudy Fernandez = Manu Ginobili
Petteri Koponen = Kirk Hinrich
Marc Gasol = Todd MacCulloch
Aaron Gray = Matt Geiger

The only whites compared to blacks were;
