Anybody thinking its good to be a 7th and 8th seed is clearly retarded.I agree, and it ends up hurting teams in the end that should be in the lottery but squeak into the playoffs because they play in a weaker conference. The best thing that happened to the Pacers this year is missing the playoffs, they have a chance to pick up a player that could help them.
Just get rid of them and have the best 16 teams go, the product improves as a result that the teams that need the infusion of talent are most likely to get it.
