30 seconds in a 40 minute game is still way too long given how short the three point line is and the fact that these players will take the first bad shot they can anyway. They need to be able to advance the ball on a time out too
like everything except the added foul, yea they are less skilled players but 5 in 40 minutes is fine. there will almost no thing as 'foul trouble' unless the players really reckless
now get the refs to stop calling so many damn fouls

you get two fouls called on you in first half and you're sitting until the 2nd, thats too harsh
too many times I saw stars on the bench because of this
if a timeout occurs within a 30 seconds of a media timeout itll be considered a media timeout. about time they changed that shyt. i like the timeout changes. no coach called live ball timeouts, no reset of the 10 second back court clock on a timeout etc.

I like the added foul, 2 fouls you sitting the rest of the half. NBA yeah u pick up 2 quick ones you gonna sit, but its only for the rest of the quarter, not the half
