As far as Nedeska, I'm not into downplaying people's jobs, but no, she didn't add much on screen, but I have no clue what she did behind the scenes
Scottie Beam would've been a better option since she knows Hip Hop (to an extent), but I think it would've caused way more friction because she would've probably swung on Joe during one of his mood swings. She doesn't come off as the type to really play games.
