what kind of work you do?
Are you behind a counter or behind a desk?

Different environments require different tactics.

Keep up the consistency of your work, and document any altercations with said individuals (keep texts, emails).

If they get more aggressive, take those documents right to HR. Protect yourself before they find ways to sabotage you.

What do you do? Do you to have to work hand in hand with these haters? Like my job even when In office is me and my own goals. If you do not have to interact and with them and can focus on your job do that. And don’t talk shyt about them because someone will snitch to the haters and it intensifies the bullshyt.

Confront them and ask them to stop hating, professionally of course. But before you do that tell HR people have called you racial slurs but you don’t feel comfortable disclosing who at the moment. Then if these supposed haters try and go to HR, you already played 4D chess with these hoe ass nikkas cause you went first.

Behind a desk. I work in accounting
1) Always be professional
2) Remember one VERY IMPORTANT THING!!!! When you send anyone but especially these haters an email or even cc them on an email always write your email knowing there is a possibility your email will be forwarded to someone else not on that email.
3) If you act out they will use that against you. So keep smiling.

And lastly
4) Listen to the below song

My suggestion is to document all activities and behaviors from those people. Also, try to keep your distance from them as much as possible.

If you have to talk to them or work around them, then keep your conversations limited to the job( no small talk and never discuss personal matters), remain calm yet professional and take notes of any questionable comments and actions just in case you may have to report them to HR or management.

If you can get witnesses of any questionable behavior, then ask for written statements or gain signatures from them on your statements/documents.

In essence, watch your back and cover your ass!

Put their resume on Indeed. They'll start getting calls from from recruiters, and will likely be gone in a month or so
