Need help deciding between Horizon, Mass Effect, and Ni-Oh

Before the dumb comments like "Cop all three broke fukk", I probably will have them all eventually. I like playing one game at a time so copping all three for $50 each is just dumb when two of them will be sitting on my shelf until they probably end up on sale anyway.

Anyway help me out brehs. All three of them interest me. I liked Bloodborne and Ni-Oh seems to be in that genre with a pretty cool style. Never played the OG ME trilogy so I don't think I'll be as down on Andromeda as most. Horizon looks pretty dope too. I'll throw in Nier into the poll too. I like JRPGs but that game doesn't look interesting at all to me, but hell if its that good I'll consider it.

If you really liked Bloodborne, get Nioh...

The combat system is so deep, and it's a long ass game with plenty of missions and side missions to do. I'm not copping another game til I Plat it.

Since you liked Bloodborne you should choose Nioh but if you want a great experience with also fast combat, I'll go with Horizon. Great story too.

From what you said Nioh sounds like the best bet.
If you hadn't played souls like games before I'd say go with horizon and if you said you wanted to bang aliens then I'd say go with mass effect finally if you like dmc/ bayonetta type games and existentialism go with nier

If you've liked all the of the other Mass effects, get andromeda.

If you liked the last few tomb raiders, get Horizon.

If you like bloodborne, get Ni-oh.

Get Nier with either of the above, you might play it more than the others

I'm playing on Insanity mind you so the level of skill and understanding of this cheap ass AI and gameplay mechanics is on the level most of these clowns will never fathom or have the stomach to experience.

If you are a casual you should buy Horizon because Nioh and Mass Effect take a level skill on one side and patience for the other.

Horizon is a nice niddle ground between the 3 because it has story, high production values graphic wise and a decent combat system


Nioh is raw elite gaming where story takes a backseat but action and skill are at rhe forefront if the experience

Mass effect is one of those drawn out story and text based adventures heavy on lore accompanied by a tactical based combat and a wide variety of offensive abilities.

Personally i have to own all 3

Nioh's combat system is truly amazing. It's so good... I was surprised with all that you could unlock and do with it. I didn't realize there was a skill tree full of various moves and combos you could get into until I beat the 1st area


Then there's different boons, weapon forging, different builds you can put together, magic and spirits to pair with shyt... I beat the game and there's still a ton of stuff to mess around with and explore.

Mass Effect looks trash and if I can be honest about Ni-Oh? The game's hype will fizzle out once you reach the 3rd/4th region
