Need Tv recommendation

So long story short my son destroyed my 55” LG tv today. My pockets aren’t as phat as they used to be, because we just got done with a house renovation and buying a shyt ton of new furniture and appliances. I’m looking to replace it with another 55” or at least 60”. I’m trying to keep it under $1k but I do want 120hz. I want another LG but I’m willing to go with TCL, because they’re good even though “off brand”. Help a breh out

Under 1k you can't go wrong with the hisense u8g or the TCL 6 series

I'm thinking of getting the Samsung Serif:

I just like the way its designed. Plus, its OLED. I plan on using it to play my switch, and stream shows/movies. The one I'm thinking about getting costs $1500 (for the 65 inch), but the 55 inch is a little over $1k.
