Need your advice on a particular phone!

Basically I have the Nexus 4 for the last year or so, and I could get the S4 Mini for a relatively cheap price. Would that be a significant upgrade? My phone company (in Canada) is giving the S4 Mini really cheap, is there something wrong with it?

its only upgrades r removable battery and SD slot.. but also smaller screen and touchwiz
