And this is why voting matters. People aren't realising he is stacking the court with young rightwing nut cases. If he gets another 4 years, then his legacy will live on for generations and generations.
I wish the Dems would remove some of his judges too. I consider everything about this administration illegitimate.
It used to be that both parties basically agreed to pass through qualified nominees on the other side and block total shytheads. Now the status quo since Obama's term has been to auto-vote for your party's nominee and against the opposing party. Meaning that qualified nominees are getting blocked solely due to the color of the party in power and complete shytheads are getting in for the same reason.

They can only be impeached. It’s not constitutionally clear if they are lifetime appointments, but the court’s won’t rule against themselves. The constitution will have to change in order to make it easier to get rid of bad judges/term limit them.

Article 3 judges are lifetime appointments. Can only be removed by impeachment. I think the last impeachment of a federal Jude was the 70s, and it’s single digits for impeachment.

They don’t even need to run wild. Just do the same shyt Republicans do. Day 1 pass 2 bills. 1 double the number of federal judge spots and then the dem President gets to Appoint over 50% of the judiciary. And then adding 5 seats to the Supreme Court.
