NO ONE in the NFL sets up linebackers or safeties in the second level better than AD. It's what separates him from the rest.

1. Standard I formation.

2. After getting past first level....AD has a choice of going left or right. His decision is based on where the safety (not on the screen) commits...

3. The safety overcommits....AD does LT bounce cut other direction.....

4. Safety is caught Flatfooted while AD is in full stride. Props to the receivers blocking downfield

Can you explain what happened last night in the Jets game (no disrespect) on that 94 yard run. Me and my brother rewinded it and couldn't figure it out

They had like 7 men on the line and the safety was in the middle of the field but right when the ball was snapped he just bit like the play was going left and Chris Johnson is already at the second level sprinting to the endzone untouched...no misdirection no nothing. The safety was just asleep...

The Jets were in a 46 defense and Siohne Pouha lost his gap responsibility getting stood up by a backup guard. You get past the first level of a 46 defense, all there is is a safety left. Bad play by the D-line.

Siohne Pouha is FINISHED.

the cut he pulled to the left on his second 50+ yarder was disgusting too.. I felt bad for that safety...

As a matter of fact... I pretty much feel bad for every safety that is the last line of defense against AD...

That wasn't Bell's fault. That was all Siohne Pouha and his back back getting manhandled. Harris went to the right gap while Siohne couldn't make his way left. Horrible.

Siohne barely saw the field after that play. They kept Ellis and Devito at the nose after that. Chris barely did anything after that big run.

Siohne is gone after this season.

He barely made a move on him. He just swerved around dude while RUNNING FULL SPEED!!
