It's got a pretty sizable cult following. It was a top 10 DS game easily.

2020 sure has been one weird ass year. After all these years we finally getting TWEWY sequel.
Characters look kinda weird in 3D but they look fly like the original game.
Curious if this game is going to have the same weird control system as the first one.
Cuz this joint kinda look like Kingdom Hearts at first glance.

The first TWEWY was quite overrated. People kept saying it was great because they loved the artstyle and the world but the actual game is annoying to play because of touch controls. It is the God of High School of games.

The first one did not have notable sales, but it's stil a great game. If they keep the same formula and tweak the battle system then this game should do better than the oiginal (assuming the game has a decent marketing budget).

The soundtrack ALONE has to be one of the best VG OSTs to date. It's absolutely perfect for the setting.
