They prescribed you that? I'm in the uk too. How hard was it?
At the time I had no double glazing and my bedroom is right next to a bus stop with night buses. I told them the noise was giving me anxiety and I hadn't slept properly in months. Haven't used them yet I'm scared but I keep the prescription just in case
