so if i got 50K+ in student loans with 3-4% interest, i don’t pay it at all? and nothing bad will happen?

this sounds dumb af but what are the real penalties of not paying your student loan?

You'll never be able to do anything that would require a loan.

And they'll find a company to buy your debt for pennies on the dollar with all the time in the world to garnish your wages and just eat off you for the rest of your life.


If they aren't the government, then they'll just straight up take your money.
