nah nicca. Bums are dudes who can't play. But role players are very important in the NBA, they win you championships. And you don't have to spend your whole Mid-level exception on one in the offseason.

whenever you draft a player, as a GM you looking for a player who can at least come off the bench and help your team win. its a bonus If a player can start and eventually become an all star.
